STOCK AVAILABILITY:

Regarding stock levels of new tables, all pool tables on Dragon Games Limited website are made to order, apart from reconditioned tables. Different tables hold different lead times depending on the manufacturer. Please feel free to contact for lead times.

If for any unforeseen reason, when an order has been placed the item is delayed in production, Dragon Games will contact to advise of this.

PLACING AN ORDER:

When your order has been placed, either via the website or over the phone/email please note an order is not fully completed until Dragon Games has acknowledged the order placed by sending a ‘’ORDER CONFIRMATION’’ by email.

This applies to orders placed both via the website OR over the phone/email. Please note, when an order is placed on the website the customer will receive an ‘’order complete’’ form, but please check you emails for an ‘’ORDER CONFIRMATION’’. If you do not receive this, please contact.

WARRENTY:

The following items are not covered by warranty, on any table due to the likelihood of them being affected by General Wear & Tear, over considerable time.
