Returns

Dragon Games Limited operates a No Returns Policy on all Pool Tables.

New pool tables are made to order and are bespoke made for the customer with their chosen table finish and cloth colour.

Reconditioned pool tables are pictured, the actual table and its condition, therefore no returns are accepted.

Upon delivery, whether the Installation Service is selected or Delivery Only, all customers are asked to fully inspect the table/slate prior to the delivery team leaving. If you receive an item you believe is damaged/faulty, we request that make the team aware on delivery, and you contact us via email within the first 24 hours of delivery to report damage/fault. We may require a video/photo sending via email. If no one is present during a delivery, please be advised, our team to take photos of the item prior to leaving.

Should you have an error or fault/damaged with your order, we will exchange the item for an undamaged replacement or the correct product or refund the cost of the item if the product is not available.

You will not be charged for the return or the replacement in this case, providing that the item we exchange is still in new condition. Whilst in your care, the item is deemed your responsibility. If you damage the item at all/further, no replacement will be provided.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, with good reason, we allow 14 days from receiving your order to return the for a refund or exchange.
This is subject to our terms. Goods can only be refunded if the following procedure is followed. Labels must not be removed and items must be returned in original packaging and not used. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. After satisfactory inspection of your return, we will issue a refund for goods.

No refunds will be given until the return goods have been received.
